Manifesto
“Our experiences and how we project them in our work echoes the diversity of our designers. Resonating across expansive perspectives and igniting meaningful dialogue to spark inspiration. As storytellers of a new age — our minds and perspectives serve as our tools.

Celebrating the experiences and perspectives that echo in our work.”

Drafts and concepts for the poster design
Poster Design

Drawing from the themes outlined in the manifesto, moodboarding and concept drafts quickly centered around elements of depth and repetition. As the cornerstone of the show's visual identity, the poster reflects key design motifs, such as the receding rectangles that echo the hanging banner gallery. The type treatment, color palette, and cut/echo effect establish a cohesive aesthetic across the show’s branding and deliverables.

A pair of legible sans-serif typefaces were selected for clarity and contrast against texture heavy elements. Allowing us to lean heavy into a sense of motion with our use of changing color and distorted text/imagery.

Some storyboards used to guide the animation of the trailer
Show Trailer
Production of the show reel began with each team member collaborating closely with designers to storyboard a project of their choice. Using these storyboards as a guide, I arranged the sequence of featured designers, identifying natural transitions between projects. From there, I sourced and edited music, then refined the assembly—fine-tuning transitions once each team member had completed their assigned sections.

Web Design
The show's web design emphasizes motion and depth as core visual motifs, incorporating an animated background and transparent layered elements. On desktop, a two-column layout mirrors the poster design, with the title treatment positioned along the center gutter. Individual artist bios feature Linktree profiles to minimize the likelihood of dead links as designers update their portfolios and contact information. Selected projects are displayed in an overlay, allowing users to view a designer’s work without navigating away from the page.

Merch & Deliverables
A variety of physical media was produced and distributed at the show. This included archive, a 100+ page book featuring designer bios, behind-the-scenes photos from the cohort, and individually designed commemorative spreads by select designers. Branded stickers, keychains, and tote bags were also distributed alongside the show program

Each designer’s Instagram post was formatted to include their photo, interview, and a project of their choice

Marketing & Photo Video
Marketing content for the show was largely driven by the Photo Video team, which organized photoshoots, interviews, and on-location filming to create promotional materials. A key addition to this year’s show was the production of video bios for each student—an approach not attempted in previous senior shows. This significantly expanded the project’s scope but provided a unique opportunity to offer a personal look into each designer’s creative process. It also reinforced the show’s manifesto by highlighting the influences that echo throughout their work.

While not directly leading the team, I contributed by assisting with filming, creating templates, and developing SOPs to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all brand elements.

Environmental
& Production

Tasked with filling nearly 3,000 square feet across four gallery spaces, the show planning began with a scale model of the galleries. To maximize space, we constructed free-standing walls, allowing each gallery to house its own installation while maintaining a cohesive presentation of all designers. Cooperating with multiple local printers, media for the show ranged from printed fabric to adhesive vinyl signage.  Thanks to extensive preplanning and preparation, the entire show was successfully constructed in under 24 hours.
